Send your menu, or bring the old one

Email print-ready art, or walk in with your current menu, a dish list, or even phone photos of the food. The design desk can build clean menu art from samples and photos.

Approve your proof

Every custom menu gets a proof before production. If we make an error against the proof you approved, we reprint it free.

We print it in-house

About 95% of what we sell is made in this building, which is how the speed works. Print-ready art in by 10 AM Monday through Friday means most flat-menu jobs are done the same afternoon.

A full menu booklet, food photos and all

A local restaurant needed its whole menu in one piece: Mains, Tacos, and Salads laid out across full-color pages with appetizing food photography. We printed the stapled booklets in-house, and the stack on our counter looked good enough to order from.

The Heavy Shareables panels

Multi-panel menu boards showing chicken strips, quesabirria, flatbread, and pretzels in full color, printed as coordinated overlapping panels so the kitchen could feature its shareables without reprinting the core menu.

El Marrito's sidewalk menu with QR payment

For El Marrito taqueria we printed a full-color menu insert for a white A-frame sidewalk sign, complete with QR payment codes so customers could scan and pay from the curb. One sign does the work of a host, a menu, and a register.

New prices, an 86'd dish, a chef who rewrote the appetizers on Tuesday: get us print-ready art by 10 AM Monday through Friday and most standard menu jobs are back in your servers' hands the same afternoon.

Prices posted where you can read them

Flat glossy menus are $165 per 500 and $215 per 1,000, and menu-board material runs by the square foot at posted rates. No mystery quote, no haggling ritual. As Tammy Noriega put it in her Google review, "Very reasonable price, fast speed (other companies take half a month)".

One shop for the whole front of house

Menus, A-frame boards, window lettering, banners, staff shirts: it all comes out of the same family-owned building, so your colors and logo match from the sidewalk sign to the dessert page.

Straight answers on menu printing

How fast can I get new menus printed?

Get us print-ready art by 10 AM Monday through Friday and most standard flat-menu jobs are ready the same afternoon. Art that arrives after the cutoff, or on a weekend, goes out the next business day. Laminated menus and booklets take a little longer, and the counter will give you an honest timeline when they quote it.

What file should I send for menu printing?

A print-ready PDF with fonts embedded is the gold standard, exported at actual size with a little bleed if your design runs to the edge. If all you have is a Word doc, a spreadsheet of dishes, or your old menu, bring that instead; the design desk can build proper menu art from samples and photos.

Do you make laminated menus?

Yes. Laminated menus wipe clean between seatings and survive salsa, syrup, and toddlers far better than bare paper. Pricing depends on size and quantity, so the counter quotes lamination fast and free.

Can you print stapled menu booklets?

Yes, multi-page stapled menu booklets with full-color food photography are something we produce in-house; we've printed booklets with full Mains, Tacos, and Salads sections. Booklets are quoted by page count and quantity at the counter.

Can my menu include a QR code for ordering or payment?

Absolutely. We printed El Marrito taqueria's A-frame menu insert with QR payment codes built right into the layout. Send us the code or the link it should point to and we'll place it where customers will actually scan it.

My prices change a lot. Do I have to redo the menu every time?

No. We keep your menu files on record, so an update is one call: we edit the file, you approve a fresh proof, and new menus print. Restaurants that reorder regularly can open a trade account with art on file, priority turnaround, and a monthly invoice.

Do you deliver, or do I have to close the kitchen to come get them?

Delivery is available on many orders; one Google reviewer, Lisa Burch, mentions we delivered to her. If you'd rather swing by, we're at 1835 Fulton Ave with extra parking in the rear, open Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

What about menu boards for the wall or the sidewalk?

We print those too, at posted sign prices: coroplast at $9 per square foot for A-frame inserts and drive-up boards, PVC at $11 for rigid interior boards, and printed vinyl at $7 for windows. An 18×24 coroplast insert works out to about $27.
