Placer County starts a few miles north-east of the shop and climbs from valley floor to the Sierra. The southern end (Roseville, Rocklin, Granite Bay, Loomis, Lincoln) is close enough that same-day is entirely normal, and it is the part of Placer we see most. Roseville is the county’s largest city and about twelve miles from our counter.

The county seat is Auburn, up in the foothills, and the county stretches all the way to the Tahoe basin. For a print shop the practical division is simple: south Placer (Roseville, Rocklin, Lincoln, Loomis, Granite Bay, Penryn, Newcastle) is an easy drive and a same-day proposition. Auburn, Colfax and the mountain communities are a longer haul where planning ahead beats racing the cutoff.

South Placer runs on new construction, retail, medical and professional offices, and youth sports, and the signage follows: job-site and development signage, retail window graphics, monument and building signs for new commercial space, real estate panels and riders in a market where inventory moves, league and school banners, and a lot of fleet lettering for trades working both sides of the county line.

Can you handle a Placer County job-site or development sign?
Yes, including installation up to boom-lift work. Send the specification. Most jurisdictions and most general contractors dictate size and content for job-site signage, and it’s far cheaper to print to the spec than to reprint after an inspection.
