How fast can I get business cards?
Order by 10 AM Monday through Friday with print-ready art and most standard card jobs are done the same afternoon. Orders after the cutoff or on weekends go out the next business day. We're open Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
What file format should I send?
A print-ready PDF is ideal, with any images at high resolution so text and logos stay crisp. A standard US business card is 3.5 by 2 inches, and if your design's color or background runs to the edge, extend it slightly past the trim line (called bleed) so there's no white sliver. Not sure your file qualifies? Send it over and we'll tell you before anything prints.
I don't have a design. Can you make one?
Yes. Our design desk can build card art from an old card, a logo file, a photo, or a rough sketch of what you want. You approve a proof before we print, so nothing goes to press until it looks right to you.
What happens if there's a mistake on my cards?
On custom work you approve a proof first, and if we err versus that approved proof, we reprint free. Any defect reported within 7 days gets a reprint or a refund. That policy is published, not a handshake.
Is there a discount for bigger orders?
Yes, bulk discounts are available beyond the posted 500 and 1,000 quantities, and the counter quotes them fast and free. Quotes are good for 30 days, and the price you're quoted at order time is the price you pay.
How do reorders work when I run out?
We keep your files on record, so a reorder is one phone call to (916) 944-7195. Businesses that reorder regularly can set up a trade account: art on file, priority turnaround, and one monthly invoice.
Can I just walk in?
Please do. We're at 1835 Fulton Ave in Sacramento, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with extra parking in the rear. You can look at samples, get a quote on the spot, and drop your file right at the counter.
