Is there a minimum order for custom shirts?
No big minimums. We'll print a short run for a birthday or a memorial just as readily as a full crew order. Bulk discounts are available when the quantity climbs, and the counter can quote your exact count in a couple of minutes.
How much does a custom t-shirt cost?
Posted pricing is $15 for a tee printed on the front or the back, and $20 printed on both sides. Crewnecks are $22/$28 and hoodies are $25/$32. Those per-garment prices include the print, so a dozen chest-logo tees is simply 12 times $15, or $180 before any bulk discount.
Can you print shirts the same day?
Often, yes, for small standard runs. Get us print-ready art by 10 AM Monday through Friday and most standard jobs are done the same afternoon. Larger apparel runs are quoted with a realistic timeline instead of a promise we can't keep, and after the cutoff or on weekends the job moves to the next business day.
What kind of art file do you need?
A vector file (AI, EPS, or PDF) prints cleanest, but a sharp high-resolution image usually works too. If all you have is a photo of an old shirt, a business card, or a rough sketch, our design desk can rebuild it into print-ready art. You approve a proof before anything gets pressed.
What if the print comes out wrong?
Every custom order gets a proof first, and if we err versus the proof you approved, we reprint free. Any defect reported within 7 days gets a reprint or a refund. That policy is published, not a handshake.
Do you keep my design for reorders?
Yes. Your files stay on record, so reordering is one phone call to (916) 944-7195. Businesses that reorder regularly can set up a trade account with art on file, priority turnaround, and monthly invoicing.
Can I mix tees, crewnecks, and hoodies in one order?
Sure. Each garment is priced individually off the posted list, so a mixed order of ten tees and five hoodies is just straightforward math. Tell the counter your mix and they'll total it while you wait.
Do you deliver, or do I pick up?
Either. Walk-ins are welcome at 1835 Fulton Ave with extra parking in the rear, and delivery is available on many orders. Ask when you place the order and we'll set up whichever is easier for you.
