How this gets made.
Order a few spares in the common sizes. Somebody joins, somebody ruins one, somebody’s cousin wants one, and a run of three replacements later costs more per shirt than the spares would have.
Send the size breakdown with the artwork rather than after it. The garments have to be pulled before anything gets pressed, and the sizes are usually what holds an otherwise same-day order until tomorrow.
