Letterhead & Envelopes, Printed In-House in Sacramento
Matching letterhead and envelopes from a family-owned shop on Fulton Ave. Quoted by quantity and stock, proofed before anything prints, and turned around fast.
Where letterhead still earns its keep
- Business correspondence and invoices that look like they came from an established company
- Law, finance, and professional offices that still send formal letters
- Medical and dental practices mailing statements and blank forms (no PHI handled; your practice owns compliance of its forms)
- Nonprofits and churches sending donor letters and receipts
- Contractors and trades who bid jobs on paper
- Matching #10 envelopes so the outside of the mail matches the inside
- Reply envelopes for invoices, donations, and RSVPs
Stocks and envelope styles, plainly explained
| Option | What it is | When to pick it |
|---|---|---|
| Smooth white bond letterhead | The everyday standard: clean, bright, and friendly to your office laser or inkjet printer | Invoices, quotes, and daily correspondence you'll run through your own printer |
| Premium bright text stock | A heavier, whiter sheet that makes color logos pop and feels substantial in the hand | Client-facing letters, proposals, and anything a customer will actually hold |
| Linen and textured finishes | Paper with a woven or laid texture you can feel | Law offices, financial firms, and anyone who wants the letter to feel formal before it's read |
| #10 business envelope | The standard envelope for a letter folded in thirds | Day-to-day mail; printed with your return address and logo to match the letterhead |
| #10 window envelope | Same size with a die-cut window | Invoices and statements, so the printed address on the letter does the addressing for you |
| #9 reply envelope | Slightly smaller, so it fits inside a #10 | Donation mailers, remittance, and anything you want customers to send back |
| A-style announcement envelope | Squarer envelope for cards and folded pieces | Invitations, thank-you cards, and announcements on matching stock |
- A fast, free quote at the counter, honored for 30 days

- Help from the design desk, which can rebuild your letterhead from a sample or photo of the old one
- Parking in the rear and a real person on the phone during business hours
Quoted at the counter, fast and free
Letterhead and envelopes are quoted by quantity and stock, because the right price depends on how many you need and what paper you want.
The counter quotes it fast and free, in person or at (916) 944-7195, and every quote is good for 30 days.
Bulk discounts are available on larger runs, and for a sense of how we price print: business cards run 500 for $58, 1000 for $78.
“I quoted all the sign company on Fulton..not sure why they are all so close to each other....this place is a GEM. My experience says next time just go here directly!”
From logo file to letter-ready
Send your art or bring a sample
Email a print-ready file, or hand us an old letterhead or a photo of it. The design desk can rebuild your layout from a sample if you don't have files.
Pick your stock and quantities
We'll walk you through bond, premium, and textured sheets plus matching envelope styles, then quote the exact combination on the spot.
Approve the proof
Custom work gets a proof before anything prints. If we ever err versus the proof you approved, the reprint is on us.
We print it in-house
With print-ready art in by 10 AM Monday through Friday, most standard jobs are done the same afternoon. After the cutoff or on weekends, it's the next business day.
Pick up or reorder by phone
Grab your order on Fulton Ave (more parking in rear), or ask about delivery. Your files stay on record, so the next run is one call.
Jobs like yours, already on the wall.
Presentation folders for Sacramento Surgical Arts
A medical practice needed printed presentation folders for patient-facing packets. Same desk, same in-house production, and the same proof-first habit that runs every letterhead job.
Gift vouchers for Zen Garden
Small-format stationery work like printed gift vouchers gets the identical treatment: pick the stock, approve the proof, print it here on Fulton Ave.
The Fulton Ave shop where a person picks up
One shop for the letter and the envelope
Because we print both in-house, your letterhead and envelopes come off the same job with the same colors and the same stock family. No matching a logo across two vendors.
A person answers, and the proof comes first
Call (916) 944-7195 during business hours and you get a person, not a menu. Custom work is proofed before production, and if we err versus your approved proof, we reprint free.
Reorders without the paperwork
Your art stays on file for one-call reorders. Businesses that order regularly can set up a trade account: art on file, priority turnaround, and one monthly invoice.
Family-owned on Sacramento's sign row
Matt and Colleen run an independent, family-owned shop on Fulton Ave, and 95% of what we sell is made right here. G. V. put it this way after ordering cards, brochures, and a trade show banner: "under tight deadlines... this local family-owned business."
Same-day starts before 10 AM.
Free proof, posted prices, and a straight answer on today vs. tomorrow.
Letterhead questions, answered straight
How much does letterhead cost?
It's quoted by quantity and paper stock, since 250 sheets of smooth bond and 2,000 sheets of linen are very different jobs. Call (916) 944-7195 or walk in and the counter quotes it fast and free. Quotes are good for 30 days, and bulk discounts are available on bigger runs.
Can you match the letterhead I already have?
Yes. Bring in an old sheet, or even a photo of it, and the design desk can rebuild the art from your sample. You'll approve a proof before we print anything, so you can check the match yourself.
Can I get letterhead the same day?
Often, yes. Get print-ready art to us by 10 AM Monday through Friday and most standard jobs are ready the same afternoon. After the cutoff or on a weekend, it's the next business day, and we're closed weekends.
What file should I send?
A print-ready PDF is ideal, with fonts embedded or outlined. If your logo exists as a vector file (AI, EPS, or vector PDF), send that too, since it stays sharp at any size. If all you have is a Word file or an image, bring it in and we'll help get it press-ready.
Will the letterhead run through my office printer?
That's exactly what most letterhead is for. Tell us what kind of printer you have (laser or inkjet) and we'll steer you to stocks that feed cleanly and take toner or ink well, so you can print letters over the design in-house.
Can you print our return address on the envelopes?
Yes, printed envelopes with your logo and return address are the usual companion to a letterhead order. We can do standard #10s, window envelopes for invoices, and #9 reply envelopes that fit inside a #10 for mail-backs.
How do reorders work?
Your files are kept on record, so a reorder is one phone call. Businesses that reorder regularly can open a trade account, which means art on file, priority turnaround, and a single monthly invoice.
What if something's wrong with the order?
Custom work gets a proof before production, and if we err versus the proof you approved, we reprint free. Any defect reported within 7 days gets a reprint or refund.
