How fast can I get them?
Order by 10 AM Monday through Friday with print-ready art and most standard runs are finished the same afternoon. After the cutoff or on weekends, it's the next business day. The shop is open Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
I don't have a design. Can you make one?
Yes. The design desk can build your certificate from a logo file, a photo, or even a printed sample you bring in. You approve a proof before anything goes to production, so nothing prints until it looks right to you.
What should actually go on a gift certificate?
The basics: your business name and contact info, a dollar value or a blank line to write one in, a unique number, and a short terms line. Keep the terms brief and put your phone number on it, because the person redeeming it is often a brand-new customer finding you for the first time.
Can we hand-write the amount and recipient on them?
Yes, just choose a matte or uncoated cardstock, which takes ballpoint pen cleanly. Glossy stocks look sharp but can smear fresh ink, so tell the counter you'll be writing on them and they'll steer you to the right paper.

We run out every December. How do reorders work?
Your artwork stays on file, so a reorder is one phone call, no re-supplying files or re-explaining the job. If your run is numbered, ask us to continue the sequence so the new batch picks up where the old one ended.
