Carmichael, and who buys posters and point-of-sale signage there.
The businesses ordering posters and point-of-sale signage in Carmichael cluster into a few recognizable groups. Restaurants, cafes and food business, churches, nonprofits and neighborhood groups, retail and storefront business chief among them.

Specials boards, table tents, menu posters and the A-frame that catches people already walking past the door.

Window posters, counter cards, shelf signage and A-frames: the layer that changes weekly while the storefront stays the same.
What it costs.

What’s quoted separately rather than posted: installation, special finishing, and design time if we’re building the artwork from scratch instead of printing a file you already have. You’ll get those numbers before we start, never after. See the posted list.
Before you order.
Foam board is for indoors: it photographs beautifully, holds a clean edge and stays flat on an easel. It is not an outdoor material, and no finish makes it one. Anything living outside wants coroplast, PVC or a banner instead.
Standard sizes exist for a reason: 24×36 fits the frames and easels people already own, which saves you buying hardware to fit a poster instead of the other way round.
Getting posters and point-of-sale signage from Carmichael.
Carmichael sits just east of the shop. Fair Oaks Boulevard runs almost straight to Fulton Avenue, which is why so many Carmichael customers order in the morning and collect after lunch.
Posters, boards and A-frame inserts are standard same-day work when the order lands before 10:00 AM. If the drive is the awkward part rather than the deadline, ask about delivery when you place the order. It’s available on many jobs, though for a genuinely same-day deadline collecting at the counter is still fastest.
Questions we get from Carmichael.
Can foam board go outside?
No. It warps in heat and delaminates in rain. It’s an indoor material. For anything outdoors use coroplast at $9 per square foot, PVC at $11, or a banner at $6.
What size poster should I order?
24×36 is the standard that fits most easels and frames and reads across a room. Go larger only if it has to be read from outside through glass.
