Grad season moves fast around here. A standard 18×24 grad sign runs $27 at the posted coroplast rate, and we print them one at a time for a proud family or by the class set for a school that needs every senior’s name spelled right.
What we print
Photo signs with the graduate’s picture, school colors, and year. Name-and-school signs for a whole roster. Party banners for the backyard at the posted $6 per square foot. Table signs and directional arrows for the open house. If you have a school logo, send it. If you don’t, we can set the type cleanly without pretending to have artwork we don’t.
For schools and booster clubs
Class sets are quoted from the posted rate, and the layout stays on file so next year’s order is a name-list swap instead of a redesign. Boosters often pair grad signs with spirit wear. Shirts start at a posted $15, and set their own resale price to raise money for the program.

What grad signs cost
A standard 18×24 grad sign on coroplast at the posted $9 per square foot is $27. A larger 24×36 for a corner lot is $54. A 3×6 party banner at $6 per square foot is $108.
For a class set, the math is simply the per-sign price times the roster. 60 signs at 18×24 is $1,620, and because the layout stays on file, next year's order is a name-list swap rather than a new design job.
Photos that survive being printed large
The most common disappointment with photo grad signs is resolution. A picture that looks perfect on a phone screen can go soft at 18 inches wide. Send the original file straight from the camera or phone, not a version that's been texted, posted to social media, and saved back down, because each of those steps throws away detail.
If all you have is a screenshot or a download, send it anyway and we'll tell you honestly how it will look before printing. Sometimes the fix is simply printing a bit smaller.
School logos are usually trademarked and districts often have rules about their use. If you want the school mark on the sign, check with the school. We'll print whatever you're authorized to use.

How late can I order before graduation?
Order by 10:00 AM Monday through Friday and most single signs are ready the same afternoon. For a class set, give us as much lead time as you can and we'll tell you honestly whether the date is achievable.
Can each sign have a different name and photo?
Yes. That's a variable run, and it's normal for class sets. Send the roster in a spreadsheet with the photos named to match, and double-check the spelling before you send it. Reprinting one misspelled name is the most avoidable cost in the whole job.
Do the signs come with stakes?
Stakes are inexpensive hardware quoted with the order. Tell us how many signs are going into ground versus hanging and we'll include what you need.
