Spirit wear is the rare fundraiser where the product sells itself. Shirts run a posted $15 single-side, $20 front and back; hoodies $25 to $32. Your booster club sets the resale price, and the difference stays with the program. The design goes on file, so homecoming, senior night, and next fall are reorders, not projects.
Season signage comes from the same counter: team banners at the posted $6 per square foot, grad yard signs at $9, event A-frames, and programs printed in-house. May belongs to grad signs around here; order early and the whole class gets them on time.
Treasurers: a business account keeps every order on one monthly invoice, with a real person who already knows your school’s colors.
The fundraiser math, done out loud
This is the rare product where the numbers are simple enough to check on a napkin. Shirts are a posted $15 one-side, $20 front and back; crewnecks $22 and $28; hoodies $25 and $32.
So a run of 50 one-sided tees costs the club $750. What you sell them for is entirely your decision: the club sets the price and keeps the difference. We're the supplier, not a partner taking a cut.
Banners for the season run the posted $6 per square foot: a 3×8 team banner is $144. Grad yard signs on coroplast at $9 per square foot are $27 for a standard 18×24.
How to run a school order without chaos
The two things that derail school orders are sizes and spelling. Collect sizes on one sheet before you order, and have someone other than the person who typed it proofread every student name: a reprint for one misspelled name is the most avoidable expense in this whole category.
Send the school logo as a vector file if the district has one. Districts often have brand rules about logo use and color; ask your office for them, because it's easier to follow the rules the first time than to redo a hundred shirts.
Designs stay on file, so homecoming, senior night, and next season are reorders rather than projects.

Can we order shirts in different sizes in one run?
Yes: a mixed size run is normal for a team or club. Give us the size breakdown with your order and we'll confirm availability before printing.
Do you take purchase orders from schools?
Purchase orders are accepted on business accounts, which is usually the easiest route for a school or district. Ask us to set one up and we'll walk through what your office needs.
How long does a spirit-wear order take?
Small runs pressed at the counter can be same-day when you're in by 10:00 AM. Larger runs and specialty items take longer. Tell us your event date up front and we'll be straight about whether it fits before you commit.
