August comes fast. We’re ready for it.
Every August the same list lands on the same desks: welcome banners, spirit shirts, club signup flyers, and a dozen directional signs for back-to-school night. All of it is posted-price work, and all of it is made on Fulton Avenue.
The August list
- Welcome and campus banners. Posted $6 per square foot
- Spirit wear. Shirts from a posted $15, hoodies $25 to $32
- Flyers and handouts. 500 glossy flyers at a posted $165
- Event and directional signs. Coroplast at $9 per square foot
- Programs and booklets. Printed in-house, quoted from the run
PTAs, boosters, and teachers
Room-parent orders and teacher shirts are small jobs we’re happy to take, and booster clubs use spirit wear as a fundraiser. Your club sets the resale price and keeps the difference. Designs stay on file, so the homecoming reorder in October is a phone call.

The August budget, in real numbers
A 3×8 welcome banner at the posted $6 per square foot is $144. Directional and event signs on coroplast at $9 are $27 for an 18×24.
Flyers for club signups and back-to-school night are $165 per 500 or $215 per 1,000, and since the jump from 500 to 1,000 is only $50, most schools are better off printing the larger run once.
Teacher and staff shirts start at a posted $15; a staff of 30 one-sided is $450.
Order in one pass, not five
The August pattern we see every year is five separate rush orders from five different people at the same school. If the office collects the list once. Banners, signage, flyers, shirts. It's one proof cycle, one pickup, and one invoice.
A business account makes that easier for schools and districts: purchase orders accepted, one monthly invoice, and every design kept on file for the reorder in October when homecoming arrives.
Send district brand files if you have them. Many districts have rules about logo and color use, and following them the first time is cheaper than reprinting.

Can a PTA or booster club order directly?
Yes. Parent groups order here constantly, and posted prices help when you're spending money that has to be accounted for to a board.
Do you take school purchase orders?
Purchase orders are accepted on business accounts. Ask us to set one up and we'll tell you what your office needs to provide.
How much lead time for back-to-school night?
Standard signage and banners can be same-day when ordered by 10:00 AM. Apparel runs and large flyer quantities need more. Give us the event date and we'll be straight about what fits.
