What we actually build.
Signs disappear. They blow over, get damaged, get borrowed, and occasionally get taken. Build a reserve into the first order rather than making a second trip in the middle of whatever you’re running.
Order in waves rather than all at once. The first run covers the placements you already have permission for and tells you how fast signs actually move; the second lands when you know exactly how many you’re short. Your artwork is on file by then, so wave two is a phone call.
