Bubbles and misalignment on a shopfront are visible from the pavement for as long as the graphic is up, which is the argument for having anything larger than door lettering installed rather than applied on a Sunday with a credit card.
Frosted and perforated vinyl are worth asking about. Both give a professional finish and some privacy while still letting light in, and perforated lets you print across the whole window while still seeing out from inside.
