Worked examples: 18x24 coroplast open house sign = 3 sq ft × $9 = $27 · 18x24 aluminum composite listing panel = about $40 · 24x36 aluminum composite panel = 6 sq ft × $13.50 = $81.

Approve the proof
Every custom sign gets a proof before production. If we ever miss against the proof you approved, the reprint is on us.
Pick up the same afternoon
Print-ready orders in by 10 AM Monday through Friday are ready the same afternoon for most standard signs. After the cutoff or on weekends, it's next business day. Delivery is available on many orders.
Reorder with one phone call
We keep your files on record. New listing, same panel: call (916) 944-7195, tell us the quantity, and we run it again.
Jobs like yours, already on the wall.

A navy-and-red aluminum composite FOR SALE panel with the agent's headshot printed right on the face. Aluminum composite is the material we steer agents toward for panels that hang from a post and face weather for the life of the listing.
Precision on the complicated orders
Most real estate signs are straightforward, but when a job gets layered, we sweat the details. One Google reviewer, Ryan Berry, described "extraordinary precision for a complex signage order."

Why agents pull into 1835 Fulton
The listing panel is made here, not shipped here
About 95% of what we sell is produced in-house at 1835 Fulton Ave, which is how a sign ordered in the morning can be in your trunk the same afternoon instead of on a truck from out of state.
One shop for the panel, the riders, and the flyers
Listing panels, open house directionals, riders, business cards, and property flyers all come off the same counter, so your colors and photo match across everything a buyer sees.
A family shop on Sacramento's sign row
Fulton Avenue has plenty of sign companies, including the franchise up the street. Matt and Colleen run this one, a person answers the phone, and Google reviewers have it at 4.8 stars.
Priced in plain sight
Sign prices are posted per square foot, so you can figure your cost before you ever call. No mystery quotes for a standard panel, and quotes on bigger work hold for 30 days.

Questions agents ask at the counter
How much does a standard real estate sign cost?
Signs are priced by the square foot: coroplast with vinyl is $9, PVC is $11, and aluminum composite is $13.50. That makes an 18x24 aluminum listing panel about $40, a 24x36 panel $81, and an 18x24 coroplast open house sign $27. Bulk discounts are available on larger orders.
Can I really get open house signs the same day?
Yes, within the window: get us print-ready art by 10 AM Monday through Friday and most standard signs are ready the same afternoon. Orders after the cutoff, or over the weekend, are ready the next business day. We're open Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Should I order coroplast or aluminum for my listing sign?
Use aluminum composite for the main FOR SALE panel; it's the rigid, outdoor-grade standard for signs that hang on a post through an entire listing. Use coroplast for open house directionals and riders, where light weight and a $27 price point matter more than long-term rigidity. If you're not sure, bring the job to the counter and we'll walk you through material samples.
Can you add my headshot, brokerage logo, and license number?
Yes. Send a print-ready file if you have one, or bring your headshot, logo, and card and the design desk will build the layout for you. You approve a proof before anything prints, and if we make an error against your approved proof, we reprint it free.
Can you do double-sided signs or a big order for my whole team?
Yes on both; double-sided printing, big runs, and rush timelines are quoted at the counter, fast and free, and any quote is good for 30 days. Businesses that reorder regularly can set up a trade account with art on file, priority turnaround, and monthly invoicing.
I order the same sign for every new listing. Do I have to resupply the art each time?
No. We keep your files on record, so reorders are one phone call: name, quantity, done. Many agents just swap the address rider and keep the same panel design listing after listing.
What happens if my sign arrives with a defect?
Report it within 7 days and we'll reprint it or refund it. And because every custom sign gets a proof before production, errors against the approved proof are reprinted free, no argument.
Do you deliver or install signs?
Delivery is available on many orders, and we do installation work too, including elevated jobs that need a boom lift. Most agents just swing by 1835 Fulton Ave and pick up; there's extra parking in the rear and walk-ins are welcome.
