The new-job kit: sign, truck, shirts.
Every new job needs a job-site sign. Many cities and most GC contracts require one, and the same week usually calls for a banner on the fence and shirts on the crew. That’s one phone call here. Rigid signs run posted rates by material: foam board $10, PVC $11, aluminum composite $13.50 per square foot. Banners are $6. Shirts start at $15, pressed while you watch.
Truck lettering is where contractors usually meet us: vinyl print and lettering at the posted $7 per square foot, one truck first, then the rest of the fleet once the phone starts ringing off the first one. Your logo, colors, and license number stay on file, so truck number two matches truck number one exactly.

What the new-job kit costs
A job-site sign is usually the required piece. On coroplast at the posted $9 per square foot, a 24×36 sign is $54; on PVC at $11 it's $66; on aluminum composite at $13.50 it's $81. The material choice is really a question of how long the job runs and whether the sign gets moved.
A 3×8 fence banner at the posted $6 per square foot is $144: the cheapest large-format advertising on a job site, and it travels to the next address.
Crew shirts start at a posted $15 for a one-side print and $20 front and back. Ten shirts one-sided is $150, which is the least expensive branding most contractors ever buy.
Truck lettering, honestly explained
Vinyl print and lettering is a posted $7 per square foot, and most of the cost question comes down to coverage: door logos and a phone number are a small fraction of a full partial wrap. Send photos of the vehicle from the side and rear, and tell us the year, make, and model. Body curves change how a design has to be laid out.
We generally letter one vehicle first. You see it in daylight, decide whether the phone number should be bigger, and then the rest of the fleet matches exactly from the file we keep. Doing all five trucks on day one is how people end up with five trucks they'd like to change.

Does my city require a job-site sign?
Many jurisdictions and most general-contractor agreements require identification on an active site, but the rules vary by city and county and change over time. Check with the permitting office for the job's address. Then tell us the size and wording they want and we'll print exactly that.
Can you match my existing truck lettering?
Usually. Send a clear, straight-on photo of the current vehicle with something in frame for scale. If we still have your file from a previous job, it's an exact match; if the original was done elsewhere, we'll proof a match free and tell you honestly where it differs.
What's the fastest turnaround on a job-site sign?
Order by 10:00 AM Monday through Friday and most standard signs are ready by 5 the same day, so it can be hanging before the crew arrives tomorrow. Bring or send the wording and we'll proof it back for approval first.
